Basically I would have given it 5 stars because it's a good phone once you get by the frustration of it being setup in another language. The manual is useless because it is also in another language. This is not advertised as such. The GPS is even in a foreign language and I have yet to figure out how to change it if it's even possible. But the phone is great once you change the language. This is a really great phone and the price really saved me a ton of money. I can deal with a little language thing at this price! The phone arrived on time and in good condition but I was wanting to select the gift option and it was unavailable on this item without any explanation.
